What the exact region is beyond Chicago has not been studied yet for this report, nor how long the storming will last, nor what direction it is traveling in or possibly making swarming or circular motions.
What is evident is the conditions warrant administering to levels described as severe storm and catastrophe.

The way the bird's eye view of the tornado pattern looked, the
situation going on as we speak is one that call for must take all
precautionary steps. Devastation has already been wreaked in urban
areas of Arkansas.

At least a dozen people combined in the countries of Peru, Bolivia, and Paraguay, have been reported to have been the victims of cold. About 5000 cattle were lost.

- southern New York

- eastern half of Pennsylvania
