4 in the above title out of a list at the site: http://fishki.net/26168-strannye-i-redkie-zhivotnye-61-foto.html, a page written in Russian.
A few comments especially with respect to the 4 named.
Maned wolf, known for its relatively longer legs.  South America, is were the article says it is found.

Japanese giant salamander, weighing in pretty heavy, about 160m length/180kg weight.

"Malay bear biruang, or, as it is called because of the characteristic color, sunlight or honey bear, lives in India, Myanmar, as well as on the islands of Borneo, Java and Sumatra."

There might be some cloudiness in situations where property was assaulted by large wild boars in the Borneo region the last few years, such as at night when visibility was low, was what was seen a bear or boar, and other tales, what animal did what, and so forth.  This breed has a forehead that looks different than most of the bears roaming the mainland U.S., that we know.  So, if you see one of them in a place like the Midwest, it would probably be a rarity fit for taking note of.

Fossa.  "On the island of Madagascar survived such animals that are not not only in Africa but throughout the rest of the world. One of the rarest animals is Fossa - the only member of the genus Cryptoprocta and the largest carnivorous mammal that lives on the island of Madagascar. Exterior Foss little unusual: it is a cross between a puma and a small civet. Sometimes called Foss and Madagascan lion, as the ancestors of this animal were much larger and have reached the size of a lion. [Fossa has a body] the length of which can reach up to 80 cm (on average it is 65-70 cm)."
