Honestly it looks more like a racoon in a fox color.
Anyway, the animal is endangered.
Big city local zoos might have a few of them resident.

Is it sufficient just to say a creature from the Loch Ness?
The creature in the photo her, at least it appears to be a photo, was evidently taken in the past couple of years by a man over 60 years old.  The creature was sighted in Kiln, Scotland.
People are asking the question whether or noy it is a combination of creatures, such as a bird, turtle, etc., and note an elongated neck like the ostrich.
