The Power of Tablets
Posted by ETIS on Monday, April 2, 2018
Tablet computers have already proven they are outstripping what full desktop computers could do even just a a couple of years ago.
Not only have tablets become more powerful per unit size, they are becoming less expensive.
Take the new 2018 RCA Galileo Tablet.
It has 32GB, webcam, touchscreen and a wifi detachable keyboard, features that might have been on the furthest stretches of a wishlist for a computer and laptops before year 2000. At some point, the conveniences of features like this is foreseeable to become expected parts of the mobile package, while more advanced computers are going to have other tech advantages.
Briefly explaining some of the features
Built in webcam - you no longer have to go out to a computer store and purchase a webcam, then go through the hops of getting the webcam to be compatible with the computer, nevermind awkward moments when the webcam fi ally starts working where the footage comes in off-center. The webcam is already built-in to the tablet.
With touchscreen, it works just like it says it does, at a kiosk in a mall or parking lot, video game, or ATM machine, simply touch the screen instead of relying on a mouse or maneuvering a cursor to click on, move a cursor, or scroll the screen.
With 6 hours of battery power, you can sit down and work with this Galileo Pro 2-in-1; for almost the length of entire workday without having to plan where you sit around whether there is an electrical outlet nearby.
And a 2-1, which means you can use it as a laptop, or flip the keyboard over to the back of the screen and use it like a tablet.
Topping it all off, it does not cost $100 for the webcam, $100 for equipping a wifi system in, or $500 for a touchscreen feature, the whole Galileo Pro tablet is just over $79 before shipping, handling, tax, and any other extras you might want to throw on like a protection plan.
