Baltimore City did not undergo the super-rat situation as NYC just decades ago, which speaks for itself. There are other priorities for mudslinging. Figuratively, are rat and rodent infestations just blocks from downtown DC, the trafficking of children, a problem that persists.
As far as The Borgen Project directly involved, is the trafficking of children from around the world, especially from impoverished regions, into both NYC and Washington DC, whereas both poverty and trafficking are problems that need to abated.
