Still this stands, unfortunately, instead of the problem getting better since the original post in November 2014, there might be aspects indicative that the problem has gotten worse.

In straightforward words, computer training can refer to preparing kids to compete on international scales in business and industry.

Imagine, if the same number of hand held computer users that walk through the streets at night using the devices to facilitate selling drugs, were instead contributing to the development and growth of the Nation in terms of putting the devices to working in architecture, engineering, medicine, and finance.

Could it lead to a better economy?,- undoubtedly yes.
