Toddlers and Dangerous Animals at Recreational Spots

It can't be harped on enough, to be careful when toddlers are near dangerous animals that are naturally somewhat predatory in the wild.  This is not to say that those in their authority were not careful.
There are some dimensions that need to always be looked at when in an environment where there is a combination of toddler aged kids and wild animals.

Lion Attacks this Week have Led to Fatalities: Dianna Hanson died in Fresno California, and at Least 2 People Killed in Northern Zimbabwe

An intern in a Fresno California big-cat sanctuary, was killed earlier this week, by a 550 pound lion.
The name of the deceased, is Dianna Hanson, age 24.
The rumors are she died almost instantly of a broken neck.  She was on a cell phone call with a co-worker which abruptly ended.  The lion was apparently in an adjacent cage which had some formation of the gate with an opening of some extent.
