The 'subsidiaries' are all doing business as ETIS International.

They are aptly named for their respective industries. 

They are subsumed by ETIS International.  This in lieu of presenting them as a conglomerate or group of companies.  Each subsidiary does not require the formation of a separate company, pro tempore.

The industries of the subsidiaries might not be immediately recognized as cynosures within the fields described in the mission for ETIS International; however, still indirectly related, and important.
